As this suggests this day or half day involve the whole team planning and working through tabletop exercises against the clock, planning a course. Using lateral thinking thsi gets the brains buzzing.
We also have equipment exercises where building takes place making your team follow a set objective, making your staff plan effectively and filter out the red herrings in the equipment list
Management Workshops
